Markets rally again – gaining 120 Points on the DOW
Today’s gains can be attributed to the news on rebound of housing starts.
Housing starts jumped bout 22% from January which is very good news.
The actual number may be small but the news itself is positive.
Most of the Home builders stocks I have checked are up and the overall sentiment is positive.
