Today’s gains can be attributed to the news on rebound of housing starts.
Housing starts jumped bout 22% from January which is very good news.
The actual number may be small but the news itself is positive.
Most of the Home builders stocks I have checked are up and the overall sentiment is positive.
Once almost gained 150 points, DOW ended up being red. Looks like there is not enough steam to push the stocks forward.
City group and Bank of America are still in the green; both these stocks are in the most active category.
